Prior to starting his own practice, Tighe worked in the tax department of Arthur Andersen LLP, concentrating on the taxation of large consolidated corporate entities, partnerships, and LLCs. After Arthur Andersen, Tighe worked as the Director of Taxation for Relational Investors LLC, which managed over seven billion dollars in assets.
Tighe’s experience lead him to starting his own practice where he concentrates on the accounting and taxation of companies in the finance industry, as well as tax planning and consulting for high net worth individuals.
Tighe, a certified public accountant, received an MSA with an emphasis in taxation from San Diego State University and a BA in Accounting from San Diego State University.
